Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://shopexpedite.com and any service provided by Shop Expedite ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under US law to place an order.
2. Account Registration
If you create a customer account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on the account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Product Information & Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, descriptions, photographs, specifications, fitment notes and pricing. Photographs are illustrative; actual products may differ slightly due to manufacturer updates or supplier variants.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete or current. Specifications and compatibility notes provided by our suppliers and manufacturers may change without notice.
4. Pricing Errors
In the rare event a product is listed at an obvious error (e.g. typographical mistake, currency error, decimal place error) we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that price, even if the order was confirmed and charged. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error we issue a full refund.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions or incorrect pricing. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order to the fulfilling supplier.
6. Payment
We use Stripe to process payments. By submitting your payment details you authorize the charge of the total amount displayed at checkout (product, taxes, shipping, applicable fees). Pre-orders, backorders or split shipments may result in multiple authorizations or charges.
7. Supplier Fulfillment Disclosure
Shop Expedite operates a distributed multi-supplier fulfillment network. By placing an order you acknowledge that:
- Items may be shipped directly from CJ Dropshipping, Doba, Keystone Automotive, Meyer Distributing, Turn14 Distribution, Premier Performance, Bodega, manufacturer-direct suppliers, or other future distributors in our network.
- Some products and policies (warranty, return eligibility, lead time) may follow the rules of the specific fulfilling supplier where legally permitted.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
Returns are governed by the Return Policy and Refund Policy. Warranty rules are governed by the Warranty Policy. Shipping rules are described in the Shipping Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — logos, photographs, copy, code, the "Shop Expedite" name and brand identity — is owned by Shop Expedite or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, federal or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, admin tools, supplier APIs or other accounts.
- Use bots, scrapers, denial-of-service tactics or other automated tools without our written consent.
- Submit false information at checkout or during account registration.
- Resell our products in a manner that violates manufacturer MAP/dealer agreements where applicable.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify identity, request additional documentation, or refuse and cancel suspicious orders. Repeated chargeback abuse, address spoofing or carrier-fraud claims may result in your account being banned and reported to law enforcement.
12. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched to a supplier. Once dispatched, the cancellation follows the Return Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop Expedite's aggregate liability arising out of any order, product, claim or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of use, vehicle downtime, towing fees, labor costs or installation damage — even if foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop Expedite, its officers, employees and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses or costs arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site or products, (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Shop Expedite, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions) unless prohibited by applicable consumer law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a new "Last revised" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
